START EARLY--PREPARE A CURRENT NAME AND ADDRESS LIST

KEEP IT SIMPLE: More classmates are able to attend the events if it is not too expensive. The banquet usually ends around 9:00 p.m. Most honor classes plan an after party. We urge you to secure a place for your after party as soon as possible. Some classes plan a full weekend of events: Friday evening social, decorating party, participate in the Saturday morning golf tournament, Sunday picnic, etc.

DECORATING AT THE BANQUET: Each honor class is responsible for decorating their tables. The tables are round and seat 8 and will be covered with linen. The Dale Robertson Center will be open on Friday evening from 4:00-6:00 p.m. for table decorating..

TICKET SALES FOR YOUR CLASS: Each honor class handles the banquet ticket reservations and sales for its members. You will notify the Alumni Board member who has been assigned your class and he/she will reserve the necessary places and seat your class together.

ALL ALUMNI GOLF TOURNAMENT: The Alumni Association holds a golf tournament Saturday morning. All proceeds from this tournament fund Scholarships for Yukon High School seniors.

PHOTOGRAPHER: The Alumni association will have a professional photographer taking pictures of the honor classes. Pictures may be ordered the night of the banquet.
